In 2023, the IACP officially approved the Police Officer Wellness Initiatives. This presentation aims to showcase the initiatives' implementation across diverse police departments nationwide. Speakers will delve into hurdles and advantages encountered in enforcing annual wellness visits, establishment of blind billing systems for counseling, merits of integrated clinician programs, and successful application of a biopsychosocial treatment model for officers following traumatic events.
