This session will involve a discussion of United States Supreme Court cases arising from the 2023-2024 term that are relevant to law enforcement. Upon completion, attendees will be able to recognize the impact of new U.S. Supreme Court cases on their specialized area of law enforcement and make necessary modifications to their training and policies.
