Latino Law Enforcement Group of Boston created a Pre-Academy Training (PAT) program designed to open the pathways of policing to all demographics, focusing on the most underrepresented in the police department. The PAT addresses the three stressors generally associated when a candidate enters a law enforcement academy: physical training, academics, and paramilitary training.
