Mark Heller is Deputy Commissioner of the Office of Crime Analysis & Strategic Partnerships at the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) and is responsible for the strategic oversight of the network of 11 crime analysis centers across New York State and developing and cultivating relationships across the law enforcement and crime analysis communities. Mark has more than 30 years of law enforcement experience, as well as a broad range of experience in training, information technology, and program management across a variety of New York State agencies and in the private sector. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Information Technology, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Marist College.
