Caitlyn Brennan has worked in the public service and critical incident management space for nearly 20 years. Her educational background includes a BS in Sociology, MS in Public Service Management and multiple certifications in Critical Incident Stress Management and Sustainable Development. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the 100 Club of Illinois. She has crafted multiple programs and continues to teach on first responder mental health, critical incident policy, and building resources for first responder families. She serves as the triage point for critical incidents and first responder resource connection in the State of Illinois. Working with statewide agencies, unions, organizations, and policy makers, she advocates for qualified, culturally competent resources for first responders. Caitlyn is a member of the International Chiefs of Police Association (IACP) where she chairs the Officer Safety and Organizational Wellness Working Group on Family; International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF); International Public Safety Association (IPSA); and International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC).
