Ms. Nice has over 18 years of experience developing and implementing physical fitness and wellness programs that measurably improve the health, strength, quality of life, and resilience of tactical professionals and civilians. Her national award-winning programs and innovative, evidence-proven best practices have been featured in leading publications including the IACP's Police Chief magazine and the FBINAA magazine. The research, curriculum, training, and credentials that she equipped law enforcement agencies with while she was the National Strength and Conditioning Association's National Tactical Program Manager are still used today to establish safe fitness programs that maximize job readiness while reducing injury risk. Mandy is now the IACP Physical Health Working Group Chair, IACP Officer Safety and Organizational Wellness Section Member-at-Large, Lexipol Senior Strategic Wellness Director, Daytona Beach Shores Public Safety Department Health and Fitness Manager, COPS Office CRI-TAC Subject Matter Expert, and an active Wellness SME and conference presenter for industry-leading organizations including the IACP, National FOP, Foundation Research Associates, and multiple state law enforcement associations.
