Chief of Police beginning in April of 2021. Previously served as Police Officer, Detective, and Detective Sergeant all with the Village of Liberty Police Department. Began law enforcement career with the Village of Liberty Police Department in 2007. Previously served as a federal task force officer with the FBI Safe Streets Task Force from 2015-2018. Served as a special deputy with the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office in 2021 detailed to the Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office to investigate police officer excessive force criminal incident. Graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a dual bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology. Appointed as co-chair of the law enforcement pillar of Sullivan County Substance Use Task Force 2023. Currently serves on the PAARI (Police Assisted Addiction Recovery initiative) public safety board. New York State certified general topics police instructor. Certified child forensic interviewer. Married with two children, born and raised in Sullivan County, NY where he currently resides.
