Dr. Jonathan Sheinberg is a cardiologist, sworn law enforcement officer, and veteran. He has served overseas in the United States Air Force during U.S. military operations in Haiti, Northern Iraq and Afgahnistan.
Dr. Sheinberg has served as Asst.Professor of Medicine at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda. He is currently an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston.
Besides practicing medicine, Dr. Sheinberg is a licensed Peace Officer for the State of Texas, a Lieutenant on the Travix COunty Sheriff's Dpet. and a Reserve Trooper with the Texas DPS. He has previously served as a Special Deputy United States Marshal on the Lonestar Fugitive Taskforce.
Dr. Sheinberg has been a member of the USDOJ Presidential Task Force on 21st Century Policing and serves on the Officer Safety and Wellness Working Group. He is also the Chief Medical Officer of Sigma Tactical Wellness (www.IamSigma.com) and has developed cardiac and metabolic screening programs that have been implemented in agencies throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.
