    Jaycee Elliott is currently the Business Intelligence Analyst for the Vancouver Police Department; previously he served as a crime analyst. He has been with the Vancouver Police Department since 2017. He holds a master’s degree from Portland State University in Criminology and Criminal Justice and has continued his professional development through specialty certifications adjacent to his work in business intelligence, database design, geographic information systems, among others.

    His role includes delivery of analytical products and solutions to the Office of the Chief, Command Staff, and other City and community stakeholders that support day to day operations and strategic objectives of the police department. In addition, he is often engaged in new technology procurement and implementation for the department and maintenance and assessment of existing technologies.
