Jennifer Crosby has an Honours Criminology Degree from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada. She has been a Windsor Police officer for over 29 years and has previously worked in various areas of the police service, including Patrol Response, Morality, Criminal Investigations, Courts, Major Crime, Professional Standards and Victim Assistance. Jennifer is a trained Crisis Negotiator and recently was awarded an Ontario Women in Law Enforcement Award in Teamwork for her role in the 2022 Freedom Convoy at the Ambassador Bridge. Jennifer is currently the Inspector in charge of the Patrol Support Branch, which includes the Traffic Enforcement Unit, Crisis Response Team, Nurse Police Team, the Community Outreach and Support Team and the Patrol Support Unit at WPS Headquarters.
