Jonathan has an Honours Psychology Degree from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada and a Masters in Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan. He previously worked in various healthcare leadership roles including as the Director of the Acute Mental Health and Renal Programs at Windsor Regional, and served as Regional Renal Director in the Erie St. Clair Region through the Ontario Renal Network. Jonathan also served as the Director of the St. Clair College Campus “COVID-19 Field Hospital” in the early stages of the COVID pandemic. In 2020 he was appointed Vice President of Emergency, Trauma and Mental Health. In early 2021, he also assumed the role of Regional Vice President, Cancer Services, Windsor Regional Hospital with a partial secondment to Ontario Health-Cancer Care Ontario. In 2022 Organizational Effectiveness was added to his portfolio which includes Decision Support and Corporate Research. Jonathan's leadership and clinical interests continue to focus on system changes that enhance the quality and equity of care for vulnerable populations, and leveraging innovative partnerships to address complex system issues.
