Lieutenant Carlos Quiles has more than 23 years of experience in law enforcement and is a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy Session 271. His career includes 16 years as a patrol division lieutenant, managing and coordinating frontline law enforcement activities and ensuring public safety and effective response to incidents, and 15 years on SWAT, where he served as Assistant SWAT Commander, leading tactical operations. Currently, as the Training Division Lieutenant, his role focuses on developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and readiness of officers, as well as highlighting his dedication to continuous improvement and professional development of police officers.
