McKallen Leonard is a Project Manager for the International Association of Chiefs of Police. He co-manages the OVC Law Enforcement-Based Victim Services (LEV) Program, providing training and technical assistance to 80 law enforcement agencies seeking to establish or enhance law enforcement-based victim services programs. He also oversee's the Vicarious Trauma Response Initative (VTRI), working with community implementation sites to assist them in addressing vicarious trauma experienced by law enforcement and allied professionals. In this role, he develops training content and resources, and facilitates technical assistance on victim-centered, trauma-informed practices in law enforcement agencies.
