Sgt. Chris Kuklok is a Patrol Sergeant with the Plymouth (MN) Police Department, and has been there for over 30 years. He has also been an active SWAT Team member over 27 year of those 30 years, including being the Team Leader for the past 24. Throughout his career he has attained numerous instructor credentials to include: less lethal impact munitions, chemical munitions, diversionary devices, high threat close quarter contacts, high threat interdiction, Gracie Survival Tactics, firearms, red dot (pistol), force on force, and PepperBall. He was also a founding member of the Hennepin County Sheriff’s WMD Tactical Team, 2003-2013. In addition to being an active police officer, he also instructs at the local police academy on the topics of active shooter, critical decision making, firearms, and in progress crime response. He is the lead law enforcement instructor of active killer response for the Hennepin County Regional Response Group that consists of police, fire, dispatch, and EMS throughout Hennepin County (MN).
