Elise Jarvis is the Director of Law Enforcement Outreach and Partnerships for ADL (Anti-Defamation League). She is responsible for growing and strengthening ADL’s relationships and partnerships with law enforcement agencies and organizations in furtherance of ADL's work fighting antisemitism and all forms of hate. Over the past two decades, she has worked closely with senior leaders at federal, state and local law enforcement agencies across the country to help them better protect and serve their communities. She has created, managed and led programs and initiatives that help law enforcement fight extremism, terrorism, and hate crimes, and build more inclusive communities.
Elise joined ADL in 2004 as the Assistant Director for Law Enforcement Outreach. She was promoted to Associate Director in 2006. In 2018, she was promoted to her current position.
In 2007, she accepted the FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award on behalf of ADL. In 2015, she was presented with the Senn/Greenberg Award for Professional Excellence, ADL’s highest award.
Elise earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Jewish Studies, both from Emory University.
