    Thomas Bryant is a Sergeant with the Los Angeles County Mental Evaluation team and has been with the agency for over 18 years. His current roll is one of the four instructors with the LASD Crisis Intervention Training program. His background is in mental health and mental health response, having developed multiple CIT based instructional programs within the county, as well as attending multiple trainings throughout the nation. He has spoken at various conferences, and is an instructor for Blue Courage, Realistic De-Escalation (Force Science) and developed the De-Escalation and Verbal Resolution Training program for the LASD custody training unit.
