Her extensive background includes years as both a local and federal police officer, with experience in patrol, undercover assignments, court security, and dignitary protection. Furthermore, Megan served as a Senior Project Manager for the International Association of Chiefs of Police, contributing to national police wellness initiatives. She is dedicated to fostering stronger connections between police and communities, bringing a unique blend of practical experience and strategic expertise to her work. As a Bloomberg Fellow at Johns Hopkins, she is pursuing a Master's in Public Health, further strengthening her expertise.
