Leaders today have a responsibility to positively influence the workplace culture. That culture influences employee morale, motivation, performance, and commitment. In the long-term, it can even influence retention and recruitment. Employees want to feel valued and respected by their organization and by their supervisors. They want to work in a culture where toxic behavior is not tolerated. This presentation will provide attendees with practical leadership tools to help build and maintain that positive workplace culture. Those tools include tips to improve morale, motivation, commitment, and accountability. Trust-building engagement strategies will also be provided. Finally, strategies for developing resiliency and recovering from a temporary loss of trust will be discussed.
