Anthony Guglielmi is the current Chief of Communications for the U.S. Secret Service. He oversees all aspects of external affairs including media relations, employee communications, and brand for the agency.
Before joining the Secret Service, Guglielmi held various senior communications roles, including serving as the chief communications officer for the Fairfax County Police Department in Virginia, and similar roles for the Chicago and Baltimore police departments. His career also includes positions with the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, the Connecticut Board of Parole, and the New York State Senate. Notably, he has been recognized for his work in public safety communications, including recognition by the National Information Officers Association and winning an Emmy award for creating engaging community content during his tenure with the Chicago Police Department.
