Kisha Slaton is the Director of Training for the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators. She oversees all training and grant programs, such as ASPIRE (Advancing Science-based Policing through Inclusion, Representation, & Equity), IACP CRI-TAC, IACP Elevate Blue, and IACLEA Accreditation.
Kisha began her career in law enforcement as a Patrol Officer at Sherwood Police Department in Arkansas. After transferring to the Criminal Investigation Division, she found a passion for solving cases involving crimes committed against children and young adults. In 2017, she joined the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office Cyber Crimes Division and was quickly promoted to Supervisory Special Agent. Additionally, Kisha proudly served on the Attorney General’s Executive Protection team.
Kisha earned her master’s degree in Public Administration from Arkansas State University, where she specialized in Public Management. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a graduate of the University of Arkansas- Criminal Justice Institute School of Law Enforcement Supervision.
