Brad Waudby is a detective from New Jersey with over 17 years of experience in Law Enforcement. He has experience investigating organized crime, narcotics, sex crimes, fatal accidents, and homicides. Brad also served as a member of his county’s regional SWAT Team. Brad is a Master Resiliency Trainer (MRT) for New Jersey. As an MRT, Brad’s duties include peer support, in-patient and outpatient referrals, training resiliency officers, and officer wellness initiatives. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy as a member of the class of 2004. While at USMA, Brad was a member of the school’s football team, earning two varsity letters. Brad has also earned a master’s in administrative science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Brad is currently enrolled at Ramapo College, where he is working towards a master’s degree in social work, with aspirations of becoming a trauma and addiction therapist for first responders and veterans. Brad enjoys fly fishing in his free time with his two sons, JJ and Tommy.
