    Chief Dave Anderson
    Chief Dave Anderson has more than 30 years of police service and has served as a chief in three departments. Chief Anderson is a life-long learner with a passion and understanding for addressing organizational challenges. He has participated in multiple academic presentations, authored academic articles, and is the lead author on an academic book focused on generating intentional organizational change in a hierarchical environment that will be released in the fall of 2024.
