For better or for worse, leaders actively shape the organizational culture of a police department. Building the leadership skills to drive positive culture change and achieve organizational goals that serve the public, while developing individuals, teams, and the organization, is critical for future service. This presentation will provide case studies from police leaders who have participated in IACP’s leadership training programs and how they have integrated what they’ve learned in their own departments.
