Amy Leone, MS, MA, LMHC, CYT, is licensed mental health counselor and Recovery Coach Supervisor. In addition to owning Community Impact Inc., she is the founder and chair of the Juvenile Advocacy Group (JAG) regional community coalition. As a founding partner with the Milford Police Chief, she works in the Greater Milford Area on the opioid epidemic, and founded the Regional Substance Navigation Program which helps those struggling with addiction. Founded in collaboration with Worcester District Attorney Joseph Early's office in 2020, the Chris Corner Recovery Resource Center helps individuals, families, and the community struggling with addiction. New England Medical Center has partnered with Amy to offer a dual diagnosis intensive outpatient program for those struggling with mental health and addiction. As part of her efforts to help those struggling with addiction, she recently opened a male sober house in Milford. Through her work with the Milford Police Department Family Services Unit, Amy is CISM certified and CIT trained. Her responsibilities also include the management of various co-response programs.
